Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced the option to sign two iconic additions to its portfolio of exceptional hotels from early 2025: Hôtel Lutetia in Paris and the Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam. The acceptance of the offer is subject to the completion of a consultation process with the relevant Works Councils, which will begin shortly.

Six Senses has signed hotel management agreements with Gruppo Statuto as part of an exciting new chapter in its Italian story. Six Senses Milan and Six Senses Lake Como will follow the debut opening of Six Senses Rome in 2023 in the restored Palazzo Salviati Cesi Mellini and the announcement of the upcoming Six Senses Antognolla in Umbria.

In Q1 2025, the Oetker Collection will unveil its first property in the United States, The Vineta Hotel, in Palm Beach. Following the recent openings of The Woodward Geneva in 2021 and of Hotel La Palma in Capri in 2023, the latter also in partnership with Reuben Brothers, The Vineta Hotel will mark the luxury hospitality brand’s 12th Masterpiece Hotel.
