Before opening as a Four Seasons experience in 2029, the existing structure, known locally as Hotel Marina Palace, will undergo a complete renovation that will transform its vintage façade and interiors into a landmark luxury hospitality destination.

Se trata de un establecimiento de 76 habitaciones ubicado en la Avenida dos Aliados, frente a la Plaza da Liberdade, hasta la fecha operado por la empresa francesa Maison Albar Hotels y conocido como Le Monumental Palace. Este establecimiento pasará a integrarse en la marca de lujo urbano de H10 Hotels bajo el nombre The One Monumental Palace.
