The hotel will be located in Madrid’s bustling historic centre, on Plaza de Santa Ana, and comes as the brand’s second destination in Spain, following the success of The Hoxton, Poblenou, which opened in Barcelona in 2022. The Hoxton, Madrid will be Ennismore’s first property in the Spanish capital, adding to its growing network across Europe.

Ennismore has unveiled plans for Delano London, set to open in late 2026 near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The property will feature 67 guestrooms and suites that embrace soft minimalism, natural tones, and subtle design details, creating a calm and sophisticated guest experience.
